Olbermann Lie: Fox News Fabricated Facts About The Black Panther Story Tuesday, July 13th, 2010

Keith Olbermann thought he hit one out of the park when he accused Fox News of “fabricating facts” about the New Black Panther voter intimidation case that took place on Election Day 2008 in Philadelphia, PA.

Funny, because Olbermann does a fantastic job of suppressing the facts.

Olbermann said there was “one huge flaw in this Fox conspiracy”, that the decision not to prosecute was not made by Obama, nor the Obama Administration, nor the Attorney general Mr. Holder, but by President George W. Bush.

Right on one level, but wrong on others. Here’s what Olbermann quotes as the ‘smoking gun’ in the ‘groundbreaking’ finding.

…After reviewing the matter the Civil Rights division determined the facts did not constitute a prosecutable violation of the criminal statutes. The department did, however, file a civil action lawsuit on January 7th, 2009 seeking injunctive and declaratory relief under 11B against four defendents. – Thomas Perez

There is one key word that’s used over and over by Oblermann: criminal case.

Yes,the criminal suit was dropped under President Bush, but civil suit was then filed. The civil suit was not dropped under Bush and this is what the entire story is about.

What did the “Fox conspiracy” write about the story in their very first article?

The Bush Justice Department brought the first case against three members of the group, accusing them in a civil complaint of violating the Voter Rights Act. The Obama administration initially pursued the case, winning a default judgment in federal court in April 2009 when the Black Panther members did not appear in court. But then the administration moved to dismiss the charges the following month after getting one of the New Black Panther members to agree to not carry a “deadly weapon” near a polling place until 2012.

Leader and Poll Thug of New Black Panther Party Call-to-Arms to fight Tea Party and “Cracker Police” Monday, July 12th, 2010

What group said the following: They’re “ready for war“, showed praise towards Osama bin Laden as a reformer, advocated “killing white babies“, and so on?

No, it’s not President Ahmadinejad and the radical clerics of Iran— it’s the infamous New Black Panther Party. But you would only know that if you watched Fox News– or the channel that “stirs up racial fears” according to them– given the rest of the media is nowhere to be found.

Naked Emperor News has added to the plethora of videos released of the Panther members issuing a “call to arms” against the tea party and “cracker police.”

New Black Panther Chairman Malik Shabazz Praises Osama bin Laden Friday, July 9th, 2010

EyeBlast.tv has uncovered another rare video of the New Black Panthers Chairman Malik Shabazz  from a closed door meeting, this time the footage shows him praising Osama bin Laden just 6 months after the September 11 terrorist attacks on March 22, 2002.

Shabazz stated he has to “give his respect” because “he’s bringing reform to the world”. He also believes that the attacks were an inside job, saying he doesn’t know if he can trust that bin Laden was the mastermind, because the government “knows how to fix up the videos.” He has a long and storied history of blaming everything on Jewish people–claiming there was Jewish involvement in the attacks.

At one point, Shabazz told the audience to “give him a hand” and those in attendance began to clap and cheer. He also tells the other panthers that mathematically, bin Laden is their friend because he got Bush and Rumsfeld, “shakin and quakin.” He finishes by saying his name will go down in history because he won’t die a “punk” or a “sissy.”

I’m sure if Osama bin Laden knew Chairman Shabazz the feeling would be reciprocated.

Malik Shabazz Incriminates Himself In Black Panther Voter Intimidation Case Friday, July 9th, 2010

Another video has been released adding to the evidence against the New Black Panthers voter intimidation charges.

In this one, the Chairman of the New Black Panthers, Malik Shabazz, admits he knows NBPP members carry batons and that there was an organized effort by NBPP to put members at polling locations.

This isn’t looking too good for Shabazz. (h/t Breitbart.tv)

It’s also not looking good for the Department of Justice, who has been accused by a whistleblower for dismissing the case for racial reasons. Yesterday, Todd Gaziano, a Congressional appointee on the United States Commission on Civil Rights, dropped a big one by saying orders were given by U.S. Assistant Attorney General Julie Fernandes to “Never bring another lawsuit against a black or other national minority, apparently no matter what they do.”

Assistant AG Deputy Julie Fernandes: “Never Bring A Lawsuit Against A Black” Thursday, July 8th, 2010

In the midst of accusations that the New Black Panther voter intimidation lawsuit was dropped by U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder for “racial issues” Todd Gaziano , the commissioner of the U.S. Commission for Civil Rights and Director of the Center for Legal Studies at the Heritage Foundation, dropped a bombshell; Julie Fernandes– the Assistant Attorney General– resoundingly barked the orders to “never bring a lawsuit against a black,” and meant it.

He began naming names and cuts right to the chase saying the case was “open and shut.” In fact, the DOJ won the case and was ready to talk sentencing. Then suddenly, under the new leadership of Eric Holder, the case was dropped.

Gaziano laid all the marbles on the table within the following recording by Bob Parks of Black & Right for MRC.

The event took place on election day in 2008 in Philadelphia,PA . Two members of the Black Panther party, one holding a billy club, were patrolling the front doors leading into a building where people were to go to cast their votes, intimidating every person who walked by that didn’t look like a Democrat. The actions of the panthers were exposed thanks to an individual who caught the incident on video, which can be found here.

In comes J. Christian Adams, the former DOJ attorney turned whistleblower saying the case was dropped because of “racial issues.” Adams also said “The [voting] section doesn’t want to protect white voters.” Fox Nation elaborated, as Adams–like Gaziano–began naming names:

Rep. King: “ACLU calls the shots at the Justice Department” on Arizona Immigration Complaint Friday, May 28th, 2010

Congressman Steve King (R-IA) today called upon Attorney General Eric Holder to immediately make the DOJ’s “draft complaint” challenging Arizona’s immigration law public. Rep. King  says the ACLU, SEIU, and Muslim American Society are dictating the complaint against Arizona’s illegal immigration law, SB 1070.

President Obama has ordered Attorney General Eric Holder to use the Department of Justice in an attempt to invalidate Arizona’s illegal-immigration enforcement law,” said King.

“The ACLU, SEIU and the Muslim American Society are calling the shots at the Justice Department.  The ‘draft complaint’ DOJ has prepared to challenge the Arizona law is a ‘cut & paste’ version of the class-action lawsuit the ACLU filed in United States District Court on May 17th.
